18 month Diploma from top tier Japanese Language School in Yokohama, Japan. Built up the Japanese communication and societal skills needed to work in Japan. Received Award of Excellence upon graduation.

Berklee College of Music
Degree in Contemporary Writing and Composition from one of the world's top music universities. Studied piano and composition with world class teachers, and built the skills needed to create music for any situation. Graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Graduated from historic and rigorous High School. Studied a wide range of academic topics, including Latin and Spanish.

Operations Manager for bilingual after-school and admissions support program. Screens, interviews, and onboards new employees.
Develops training and teaching materials. Directs interview and admission consulting meetings with students and clients in Japanese and English.

Urban Habitat Initiatives
Podcast Engineer and Audio Editor for the Green in Action Podcast. Crafted stories for podcast episodes. Recorded interviews with guest speakers as well as podcast host voiceover. Edited and mixed the recorded audio using industry-standard DAWs. Launched the first full season of the podcast.

Boston Children's Chorus
Accompanist and Staff Member. Prepared and performed choral music as the piano accompanist. Lead activities and fostered connections between students from ages 5-18. Assembled and maintained remote teaching audio/visual equipment.
project experience
2024
Tokyo Cowboys
Arranged and recorded songwriter Marin Ishida's original song "Bonsai" for the Tokyo Cowboys first feature film, "Aichaku." Developed harmonies and accompaniment to make the lyrics shine. Recorded, edited, and mixed the final product.

Self-released album
Composed, recorded, and mixed nine original pieces for solo piano album "Preludes of a Forest Pond." Worked with local artist to make cover art to match the album. Performed the album's music in a solo piano concert in December 2024.
2021
Low Tide Podcast
Composed the original theme for the student podcast "Low Tide," to match the energy of the program. Recorded and edited the audio for five music clips to be used in the podcast.

Harvard Museums of Science and Culture
HMSC "Story Time" videographer, editor, and theme music composer. Recorded read-aloud stories for Harvard's digital outreach program. Edited videos for timing and audio, with subtitles and overlaid images. Composed theme music to match the twenty-two episode series.
